okay, Imma name some of the chars that werent named. 8P

Third Row: Dog next to Homeo is Anyo.

Ninth Row: Girl in red aura with yellow eyes is Araki Runa.

Tenth Row: Guy in all black with weird black mustache is Ojisama. 8P

Thirteenth Row: black creature jumping is called King Kong, the fat, red-haired girl next to it is Maysuyan, girl next to Rusty is named Risty(like I listed above 8P).

Fourteenth Row: Red-haired happy guy is... Pizza-Kun? O_O; and the purple robot is Gufutaba. 8P

I want to say the black guy in row 10 is Bob Sapp, an American kickboxer and MMA fighter who's pretty popular in Japan. I'm not 100% sure, though, any thoughts?

I took a wild guess at the train's origins-- I believe it's from Yume Nikki. But really, it's just weird, that a train would be there.

I don't think Maumau is from Noir. However, he is seen with her a few times though as a companion but sadly I don't know his origin. (dunno why Spelunker is standing net to her).

10th row, 5th from the left: Tiger Woods (I'm not exactly sure if it's him but from the kazumi site, the link to the archive has "tigerwood" in it.)

Thank you very much, Epep! I can't believe I didn't notice Lesty and Rusty! In addition, I've seen Chloe often in Futaba-related things but wasn't sure where she was from. Maumau isn't from Noir as well, is it? Do you know where it's from?

Pizza-kun (or whatever his actual name might be) sort of looks like a combination of 2k-kun and Pizza... which might be fitting since 2k and Pizza are usually depicted as having a ...curious relationship with each other (ie: Pizza is constantly knocking her over :|) I can't seem to find much about him, though.

The girls on the 9th row are associated with a neta called 連深鳥母 and I'm thinking that the source it originated from was a Azumanga H-doujinshi (probably futa, given the pose) of some sort, but I can't confirm it. I've seen them referred to as Osaka and Chiyo at least once, though so it's probably safe to say it is them. I'll tag them for now and if anyone has any idea about the neta, they can edit the note.

To the right of Saizensen? You're right...he does sort of look like Kouji. But It seems like that's actually a real person, though. The child post with names on it seems to refer to him as Chuusa (ちゅうさ) and he seems to be associated with that hand pose he's doing there. I have no idea who he actually is or what his claim to fame might be, but here's a video with what I presume to be the neta/meme image (or at least some variant of it) - http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm738504

Second row from the bottom, seventh from left is an image that I only know as "monkeytruck.gif." It's a bunch of monkeys or sloths (can't tell for sure, but I think it's sloths) riding around in an AMC Pacer.
