... Odds are, I'm willing to bet that Jeanne Alter's event in Fate/Grand Order started a trend. The plot for that was Jeanne Alter basically wanting to be the protagonist of an Otome game. And considering that Ruler (And now Avenger) both have the "Saber face" attribute... Well, bigger leaps in logic have been made before.

This is an amazing interpretation of Artoria Alter, though.
