Definitely. Kat is ALL about getting multi-target Bouncing Blades, Shunpo in to Sinister Steel proc the Q passive and then of course the huge damage AoE ult - kill the squishiest target, get passive CD reset, rinse and repeat. Ahri is more about using her ult to position for a devastating E-Q-W combo to pick off a squishy, maybe two: she has superior mobility and CC compared to Kat as a trade-off for the reduced damage potential, so if she uses the first dash of her ult to go in and misses the E she can still dash back out - Kat HAS to get the kill otherwise she's dead, pretty much. In a 1v1 of equal skill, I do believe that Ahri would counter Kat very effectively - but then Kat is more about the big teamfight plays than solo kills anyway.

Katarina has the highest difficult level of all champs in League of Legends.

Most of the players just flash into a TF and R all, but still is a complex champ.

Random: Katarina is soo easy to Pentyakill, such a no skill champ
Me: Oh okay, try to not fuck up your combo in a team fight while you constantly have to alternate between Qs Ws and Es to maximize your damage due to her passive.
Random: B-but she have no mana!
Me: Yeah, that's kind BS, but managing her passive is pretty much on the same level.
