and here is a forgotten weapon since either no one really know why it was made... but if Girls Frontline does have a Kai like system it could open some ideas

M1C and M1D? Not sure if those had starlight imagers ever mounted on them, but they were around. I think the starlight imagers were reserved more suppressed SMGs (and not widely desired) though since the range was pretty poor and a Garand isn't the most quiet of platforms.

Its not about the scope but the number 2 sights means twice the distance

I remember that some garands acturally have scope. But it seems that less people use them.
