It's possibly not so much "broken" as "misery loves company" (so if it was done to me, you're going, too!) and as for Sendai, unless there's something that wasn't uploaded... maybe? I can't imagine what she thinks an intensive belly button and armpit cleaning will do for night battles, but that's the most reasonable explanation...

I noticed that Shigure still doesn't have her hair ornament and Yuudachi her scarf (it was removed on the revision pic).
So I guess it's kinda connected with the Admiral treatment.
