Lol a bit late though. This is for those who are new and future generations. Fubuki in the game and anime is voiced by Uesaka Sumire. Herself is a graduate from Sophia University in which she majored in the Russian language. This is why user 200018 suggested Fubuki to translate/speak Russian in the reply above.

Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sumire_Uesaka

What do you mean "but not really"? Everywhere i look it same day. And why you decided that Gangut was lead-ship when even in design phase project was called Sevastopol?

The initial laying down was ceremonial, work didn't actually start on that very day. And while it might well be the 'Sevastapol-class' in Russian, in English and Japanese (and probably others), it's Gangut. I didn't decide anything myself.

When it comes down to it, ship class' names are just really what the military of a country calls it. If the USN/IJN wanted to call Gangut's class Sevastapol, it would have been. But I suspect that even though all the ships were laid down the same day, Gangut is (semi-)officially the 'first' to be laid down - and in the western class-naming convention, that means that it's the 'Gangut-class'.

Seeing as this is in Japanese (where it's Gangut) and translated into English (where it's also Gangut), there's no need to change it to fit the Russian naming convention.

Different entities count 'first of class' in different ways, viz. laid down vs launched vs commissioned. Given that all of the Ganguts were officially (but not really) laid down on the same day, Gangut is the lead ship, and thus #1 of the class. The last ship launched, certainly - but first in the Gangut class of battleships.

Similarily, Tenryuu launched after Tatsuta - but it's still the first of the Tenryuu-class light cruisers, and Myouoku was the 3rd launched of her class.

Europe generally uses the first to be commissioned, and the US is a little weird in that it's the first ship that Congress gives the okay too - even if it gets laid down after the rest of the class is fully comissioned.

To keep your coat tightly closed around hips and legs, duh. It's pretty cold in Russia, you know? Gotta have a good layer of clothes wrapped around every centimeter of your body, to keep the warmth in and cold, piercing wind out. But her coat design is retarded.
