Judging to her very impressive figure, I do remember someone who requires ridiculous amount of calories to remain in good combat efficiently to a point that special energy drink was made for people like her.

The only time I've been to one is back in September 2015 in there branch inside MOA and their menu is really expensive but it's worth it, although some of their flavors are really too sweet. And yes ice cream cups are flying everywhere and sometimes even a cone!!

From this article. Chocolate ice-cream is still icecream. And you have to have some kind of fluid, since ice-cream and peanut butter alone wouldn't make a liquid you can conceivably drink.
