Ushio is one of the other few surviving destroyers (and this is her comic). Of the Fubuki based ships it was just her and Hibiki.

Yukizake's luck is on a different scale as the only surviving Kagerou and probably the last or one of the last pre-war Japanese warships to be scrapped. (Yūgumo being the last pre-war destroyer as she was commissioned a few days before the attack on Pearl Harbor...and attack of which Ushio was the only warship that went to survive the war).
