And about the Brit,
1.Bishop was a WWI hero next to the Barron, not WWII. He did fly in the war, but with much less victories and for much less time.
2.He was an Officer, not junior enlisted. They don't let enlisted fly planes. I don't know why, because we're much less expensive and much more expendable, but they don't.
