Seems to me the dentist has two left hands, but i'm not 100% sure due to the glove. I flagged bad anatomy, but please revert if I'm wrong.

I do agree that there's more to her than just that, though. She's definitely one of my favorite Destroyers (the others being Hatsuyuki, Nenohi, and Sazanami). And, now that you mention it, "Tewi the shipgirl" is a fairly apt description.
