That's not a Fubuki.

3x3 Torpedo tubes on the Fubuki and all sub-types, 2x4 while retaining six guns with the super-firing aft turret configuration began at the Asashio class.

Fun fact: CN version Ayanami is not one of the 3 starters but Z23, and Ayanami is a reward for max limit break all 3 starters. Vice versa in JP version.

And the face Fubuki is making in the last panel is a face AL!Mutsuki's chibi make
