I think this image and the child qualify for a torso twist though, since you can clearly see the gradual rotation of the spine from the sternum to the sacrum. There's no sudden break or sharp bend that I can see.

It's also part of a pool, which also contains of lot of these hardcore gymnast kind of poses. They deserve the same treatment (flagging) too if the issue raised here is a problem.

I agree, if weird proportions are your problem then practically every work by Shirou Masamune would raise you ire. It's just his asthetic is all and personally I'm with you on the fact that you can't really see anything too egregious in proportions here.
