To add, the "like" notes strewn about appear to have the form of instant photographs　spit out of a Polaroid type camera. Hence the tags, which they represent.

Ahh, one of those in-the-frame scenes, like that one western one with the girl juxtaposed between a clean part of her dorm room with a bible and shit, surrounded by a mess, bad grades, and a lover in her bed. This probably saddens me a lot more than that though.
