<p>If you've ever been to a Japanese book store, this makes so much sense. This is exactly how books are presented. New books are put face up on the bottom ledge where they "reach out" to you (the buyer). While older books are put up on the proper book shelf behind were you only see their spine (or back as they depicted here).</p><p>A very interesting personified take on an everyday view at a Japanese book store.</p>
