Well, there has to be some normal girls and women around for the really stacked ones to actually stand out or be special. (It's like when, in Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, Nozaki was asked to help by drawing background characters, and he wound up making all the background characters prettier than the character everyone was reacting to as so special and pretty and different. Or, I guess, like Pokemon needing to have normal cows for Milktank milk to taste better than "normal milk" to make any sense.) It's just that, like Pokemon, you never see the normal girls in this series, so people start to doubt their existence, especially when you have posts like that one where there is a whole protest march of girls protesting raising taxes on larger breasts....
