Oh fun fact about Winston Churchill, the Germans during World War 2 in their propaganda leaflets, tried to make Churchill look like a gangster and dropped them in the UK, this did not demoralize the British however but made Churchill look a proper leader for a nation at war.

Yes, the general term is Milieu, but afaik we dont have a name for the individual members of french criminal organization. Wonder if Richie is more Corsican or Marseillaise.
