I know she split herself in AoCF, but is it said if she has some limit with this, or if she actually can have seven billion clones at the same time? And is it known if the ones she followed were really "at the same time"? Because if not we can assume she only did one copy and followed one person at a time.

It's not even that great a power. Normally, the dream selves would be inside the Dream World, making it useless anywhere else.
