I managed to translate the page... except for the weird-ass 'font' used in Ka-class's floating text. It looks like she's speaking a sound effect.

Unless you know enough to read 'between the lines', then google is pretty useless when it comes to the stiff blurbs of Katakana/Kanji that the Shinkaisei-kan speak in.

The copy of the latest Minarai Honpo KC doujin arrived, and I'm in the process of scanning it. So you can expect the updates to continue for the immediate future. At the same time, I hope that some people will step up in regards to the translation work, as there's still a lot of work to be done.
