<p>This is The Legend Of Koizumi. Basically: All the World Leaders are epic masters at Mahjong. (and The Pope is... Apparently Mahjong is how they choose the new one. For lack of a better term, he's Godly.) And the series treats Mahjong like Yu-gi-oh treats a card game.</p><p>It's Epic.</p>
