Nope. Hayasaka Kozue voices Sazanami (and Akebono, Ushio, Oboro) while Atago is voiced by Touyama Nao (Kongou sisters, Takao sisters, Ayanami, Shikinami, Jervis...).

Voice wise, totally different. Personality wise both are genki, but Atago's much more doting vs Sazanami's flippancy.

I'd like to see something similar with Tatsuta making a move on the Admiral but instead of moving out of the way, she cuts the paintballs mid-air with her glaive and stares back at the offenders with that smile of hers.
