Ah, this damn pun...

Basically a classic/memetic prank of greeting someone with "okaerinko" (instead of just "okaeri"), making them reflexively answer "tadaimanko" before realizing that "manko" is, uh, a less than polite word for the female genitalia. Sanae of course seems pretty into it.

As you can probably guess, that's pretty hard to translate for several reasons. I can't immediately think of an equivalent pun in English. Suggestions are welcome, or we can all just make do with this explanation here.
