It quite literally says Black, true, but Black and Dark are basically interchangeable (as far as I'm concerned) except Dark gives a bit more of an evil-ish feel, which is part of what Belial's trying to get at. Company might be a better choice of words than Organization though, I'll admit. I'm pretty sucky when it comes to word choice.
