Hi, welcome to anime, where some of the foundational series of the art medium were about the likes of a damn near literally gender-fluid martial artist, and things like whether futa counts as yuri are constant sources of raging debate. This is lit artwork. The artist that drew this should work at Bandai Namco and the give them an idea for a new Magical Girl IP. Cuz most Magical girl series start of as a Anime or Light Novel, etc.
