Actually, it was Hibiki with hair gel for the ahoge and some red contacts on... She was bought off with just 6 cups of Haagen Dasz, so it was still a bargain.

Gangut is the only one of the Russian ships in KC that has Imperial Russia roots. Tashkent is purely Soviet era. Verniy isn't even originally Soviet. Gangut is the only one of the 3 that actually remembers what it was like before the Soviet era.
