It’s weirder for me since i play in the Taiwan server where they use traditional chinese
which is hard to read

Ah yes.
Reading FN team peppering their conversation with 'Oui' and such somehow feels strange when I see it first time. Perhaps because in their usual quotes they only uses English.

Try this one.

It's a nice, easy recipe but you'll need to watch the temperature of the meringue: if you can't work it fast, better set a bowl of ice water to prevent it collapsing. Also add sugar in stages, or if you want, add syrup instead. Undissolved sugar crystals can cause it to collapse during baking, which will 'flatten' the final result, given the bubbles trapped inside the meringue are the cause of the structure's bounciness.

Patting the cheesecake will cause collapse from "nice and puffy" to "flat and squishy". If UMP 45 is like Houshou, the "Impending Doom"-pool would be appropriate!
