Yes and no.
Sakura loses her cool when she hears Rin and Shirou speak to eachother about a particular event - Shirou doing the highjumps and failing over and over, but not giving up.
Seemingly Sakura wasn't the only one that was looking at Shirou, so was Rin.

Her lust and desperation takes over at night where she goes to Shirous bedroom and he mistakingly guesses that she wants a manatransfer through blood.
As he ransacks his cabinet for a knife, she undresses into her underwear and they have some emotional talking and snuggling.
After a kiss the scenes following heat up quite a bit with implications of sex mostly through sound and some naked hugging.
