Not really, since it's basically the same ingredients, just mixed or layered. Not a pizza and basically-a-quiche. Neapolitan vs Sicilian pizza might be a more apt comparison.

In any case, this is thematically similar to the Kogasa strip here.

(n.b. Nisshin talks in the Hiroshima dialect, similar to Urakaze. Nisshin does have an additional archaic inflection to hers though.)
