Good question. While I would say the tag is for art done of specific characters and events of the game, having it openly referenced like this with a physical copy of the game I would say works out too?

Also, from the presence of Point and Power-up items in panel 5, I'm debating whether that's a case of Luna Child the Klutz or Told You Not to Do That.

[Edit] Actually, the cracks in the ground practically confirm it's the latter; klutzy as Luna can be, I doubt a simple trip-and-fall would embed her that forcefully and cause her to generate the P and point items.
