Kapten has a solid point. Moderation is nice, but without a signal boost some good quality niche art may not get reviewed in time by the mods.

That argument could be used for any piece of art. -.-
Why even have Danbooru if it should be limited to art that everyone loves, when there is no such thing as an art piece that everyone loves?

The approval system is in place to prevent low quality art from flooding the place. This is not low quality, so you give me a reason for why it shouldn't be approved instead.
