The characters that showed up the least were the ones that were eliminated in one panel, while all the characters that have shown up for more than 3 pages are still in the running.

Team Plasma and Team RJ are the two that have the most plot armor thus far, and technically they can both win (especially if they loot Hayase's haul of tags), so that's hypothetically possible, but I'm guessing the only ones getting out of this with a win are Team Plasma and maybe Team Elephant just because Hibiki seems to get through everything just fine.

What started this exercise was that Kongou was trying to tell Reiji that she was tough enough not to die and he didn't need to be afraid of growing attached to her, so she's basically the heroine of this arc.
