It was on the PS2 version, and it certainly felt RNG dependent considering how little the fuel supply is. I recall doing a thing where I'd get the plane high up, then kinda stop accelerating the thing and letting it swoop down under the belief that going down like that doesn't use fuel. </p><p>It took a lot of attempts to master going up high just as I neared one target, swooping down and letting the bullets fly, kill target before then go swinging back up without crashing.
