It's not just the Mutsuki's, I want to see more of Yuudachi, Yukikaze and Shigure who appeared a few episodes back. The problems of animating a game with so many waifus all with their own thirsty fans.

I still would like to see the Mutsuki's get a silly fun episode like how the KC anime had the curry one for the 6thDesDev. If not in the main series perhaps a stand alone ova. Maybe they could do a number of those for ship waifus who didn't get much or any time in the series.

With Belfast having such a prominent role in the series I really hope they include Bel-chan at some point. Bonus comedy points if we get to see Belfast hitting Enterprise up with a "She is our daughter" joke.

Too early for that maybe. But then again Kisaragi and perhaps Mutsuki are one of the few lucky "non-rare" shipgirls that got a lot of attention in fanarts so maybe it is fair that their sisterships get some too.
