There's also that Mihari had a camera set up in her brother's room, probably for a bit before she enacted her... rehab plan. (see chapter 1). Personality-wise the line also fits more with Mahiro than Mihari.
Besides, with the two times Mr elephant has made an appearance (and Mihari touched it), I'd have expected that line somewhere around one of them. Or for that matter, the way Mihari seems disproportionately embarrassed about Mahiro seeing her naked. For examples the bathhouse, when Mihari caught a cold, the hot springs, and the slumber party. (Or even the one where she was embarrassed about Mahiro seeing her in a swimsuit.)

The line is most likely Mahiro's. If it were Mihari's I would expect that either the bride word balloon would be where Kaede's line is, and Kaede's word balloon would be moved to overlap with Mihari's body; or Mahiro and Mihari would be in different positions; or at the very least, the word balloon arrow would be higher up.

Omg lol miyo chan is going to feint and so is momiji though for a different reasons. Also could this be it when mahiro gets larger breasts? That should make up for being ruined for marriage lol. Kaede better take responsibility lol and marry both mahiro and mihari (although I still think kaede and mihari are dating.or at least crushing on each other)
