Yes, but they're doing a 'cosplay' of Final Fantasy job classes. Frankly, I kind of think the reference is lost because part of what makes Final Fantasy's style is the original art, the characters and the costumes. And putting a FF Dancers costume on a Dragon Quest character looks so out of place, it would be like putting Cecil or Cloud in the Armor of Loto.
