Considering that the sisters' names both mean "don't have one", Mobuko is likely to be all the blue-haired one will ever get.

As of yet, the blue-haired girl apparently doesn't have a name, and is just labeled Mobuko or "Minor character(+ ko*)" along with the other classmate of Senka's.

*Ko being a common suffix on women's names.
