I'm the translator. I think ビ○キ is a pun on "bikini", but I'm far from sure. I' decided to just leave it as "bi??ki", as there's no ○ character in English.

I've translated this the best I could. I'm not a native English speaker, and it shows off. For example, I don't know if there's a word in English for "the interior part of the thigh". Anyways, enjoy the translation.
