When Klan Klein is at full Meltrandi size, she has (relatively) normal, adult proportions. When she is miclone size, she has child proportions. Therefore, Kadorhal is right; she is a giantess in this image.

Re-adding 'giantess' tag. Apparently, the fact that Klan's not flat-chested in this image means she's at her full size.

Removed 'giantess' tag; yeah, sure, technically she's a giantess, but that tag's supposed to be used based on what you can tell from the image, and (unless I missed something?), there's nothing here to hint at her real size.
