At least Finnish users should find this amusing.

Kensokyrö is basically Gensokyo made to sound like some Finnish town or other place. Finnish towns usually have names that consist of two parts: First a word that somehow describes some quality of the area, followed by a word that refers to the location itself. Kenso itself means nothing to my knowledge but swapping the g for k was necessary as Finnish language has very specific rules on using G, you pretty much never see it as the initial letter of words not of foreign origin. Kyrö is one of the common additive words in location names (Hämeenkyrö, Vähäkyrö, Isokyrö) in the Ostrobothnian region in Western Finland.

The second joke refers to the Suika yukkuri used instead of a beanie hat. A beanie hat has been the traditional hat of the Finnish police, mostly replaced by caps nowadays. The Finnish word for a beanie is Suikka. In this case the speaker refers to a certain hat ('your beanie'), not just all beanies in general. Finnish grammar requires the word to be modified to reflect this, so that the sentence makes sense. Thus one k is removed and n is added to the end, making it Suikan. Of course, this would apply to Suika as well; as it would refer to a certain Suika, an n would have to be added to make the meaning specific.
njinx /users/286640
