There is no way Kyouko can defeat the White Devil.

Badass? More like a bully and bitch. Homura is WAY more badass than Kyoukoconsidering she had to make her own bombs and steal weapons just to be able to fight and KILL the witches.
Mami is much more badass and a true Lady of War. Every battle scene with her is like watching an acrobat without a tightrope.

Most importantly, you cannot put her next to Nanoha. Nanoha is on a higher plane than Kyouko. Nanoha's level of magic power is in the millions and the concept of her magic far stronger in construct and flexibility.

She has better battle tactics, adapts quickly, intuitively and intelligently. Plus her sheer strength of will won't see her dropped to the ground quickly.

Also, the problems Nanoha has tackled is far more difficult than just killing monsters. With her level of power, NOT KILLING SOMETHING is very difficult. Yet she is able to restrain herself to the bare minimum with ease.

Who has forgotten what she did at the Cradle? The Book of Darkness Incident? The Precia Testarossa Case? and lately, the Mage Slayers?

Nanoha is not the Ace of Aces for nothing.
