Fairly sure it's a Stryker, looks wayyyyy too tall to be a BTR. Also lacking that characteristic triangular-pointy look the BTR family has. Russian smoke grenade launchers are usually laid out in parallel rows, rather than clusters like on most Western equipment.

Well this is my first upload so I hope that people out there help me with the tagging. I added tag_me just in case cause I know there's more tagging needed.
