Thank you, Sanrei. I don't know anything about the Touhou characters except their names, but you are correct! If you look closely at the hair design, it's actually Banette. Credit goes to you, I'll just post the note.

I've added notes for Izayoi Sakuya being Bisharp, not pawniard as she has the yellow horns that's only on Bisharp.
Murasa Minamitsu is Jellicent because of the blue and pink dress colors, and the puffy part at the bottom of the dress is similar design to female Jellicent.

I don't know what you're looking at, but BOTH Machoke and Machamp have belts. I checked bulbapedia for sprite check, and Rinnosuke's sprite is based of Machamp having only the extra arms omited.

The only one I couldn't figure out was the one between Umbreon and Shiftry.

The author seems wanting to excluded the legendaries, so Yukari is Jynx.
