It's an OC named Ling Shalong, according to the commentary. "Myouren Temple Bodyguard." Little unsure about the pronunciation of the name of the follower whose OC this is, 良 could be a million things.

I would say, no, it isn't. The hairstyle doesn't match, the color doesn't match, she's missing her tail, and the weapon isn't the same.

After some rough Google translating, it should be noted there's no mention of Ch'en's name, so I believe that should be confirmation that this is, indeed, not Ch'en. Still no idea who this is, though.

If an Astartes is shorter than a baseline human it is a fail conversion process, the Astartes should be locked away and be given the Emperor's Peace once new geneseed can be collected.

Female space marine is still impossible for what I know even for Primaris cuz origin of geneseed is still that of male,and it also currently not cost effective even if they are somehow made real.

Also Primaris didn’t fix wulfen or black rage either
