The text says "ひどいです" which is romanized as "hidoi desu."

It's a play on her name as it can be taken to mean "This is awful." or "I am Hidoi."

Hidoi can sometimes be used to say someone else is being mean/awful, so the translation isn't inaccurate, it just probably is not the best considering the context.

The title is a play on words with 中 which means in, middle, inside. So 夢の中 meaning in the middle of a dream (aka sleeping/dreaming) or 中メリー meaning inside merry (as in sexually). So "Dreaming Merry" or "Dream about being inside of Merry"

I did my best translating it for you. Basically there's mosquitoes carrying around a chemical called muramuramin when they bite. Muramura means to become horny and -min is just the ending you might find on another fictitious chemical. The character got bitten by a mosquito rumored on the news and the doctor is applying ointment and treatment in the tropiest of ways.
