Also, if you look at the map, the game clearly starts at the bottom... and the map is clearly upside-down, with the northern end (i.e., Scotland) at said lower portion.

Is there anything that indicates that Kaban is supposed to be Jolyne, other than gender? She's striking Jotaro's Part 3 pose, wearing Jotaro's Part 4 hat badges, wearing Josuke's chest badges, and has a Stand with Killer Queen's emblem.
