I like to think that Len intended to give the new PSP to Rin from the start since he doesn't seem to be a gamer (I mean later comics do show him playing games with Rin and Chibi Miku a couple times, but he doesn't seem to play much). The problem is more that Rin just snatches it without so much as a thank you.

If we look at the clock in the upper right hand corner, we can assume that they started watching the movie around 12:05. The ones that didn't watch it alone finished their movie around 1:30 which is a typical 1 hr 20min runtime for a movie. As for the otter that managed to escape, the clock shows about 3:40, but the previous panel suggest that the clock changed their movie poster at 4:05, implying that the clock looped at least once before the otter escaped. In other words, it took the otter at least 15 hours and 30 mins to escape. As for our serval friend... well... she is still stuck there and maybe watching Mecha Otters now.

Tl;dr
Clock top right corner
Escape times
With friends: 1hr 20 min
Otter: 15hr 30min
Serval: Never

Maegami-chan actually is a newlywed, with a beautiful baby girl, so her "thing" is married life. This girl is planning to pretend to be a newlywed with her <s>brother-in-law</s> stepbrother (with the unstated but very clear implication that this is all a scheme to make it true). There's some slight similarity to Maegami-chan's arc, but it's a lot of steps behind.

And kinda off-topic: it amazes me and really love how public transports routes or stations are a primarily thing to look when looking for a new house.
