The Hiragana/Katakana looks like アスリム which translates to "Asurimu".
Basically I think it's her name written on the bottle.

Whatever the Kanji underneath that though I can't really make out.

The dark blue Kanji looks like 君が望む and the pink kind of looks like ぽよ

Google translates it as "You can hope" all together or "You wish" if you just take the 君が望む

The text in the upper right looks like "吉田依世" which google translates as "Yoshiyo Yoshida" So I'm guessing it's the artist's name, "Yoshida Iyo"
