To the honest the whole concept of pulling weapons out of people is used in guilty crown as well as in shining tears x wind. Not always a sword and not always only from females.

They're from an Eroge published/ developed by Paco Paco Soft, a company that this guy draws a lot of art for. At least 3 or 4 different games by now.

I don't know either. It wasn't added by the uploader. I think because sekai wo kakumei suru chikara wo scene parody here is similar to the one in Guilty Crown.
I'm not sure though, never watched both shows.

Yuuri/Gloria was the name in the demo, but apparently demo names in the past haven't alwyas become "official" names hence why her name is only now "officially" Yuuri/Gloria following the full release of the game.
