It's Kearsarge, as captioned on the Azur Lane panel that appeared on the Dengeki stream at TGS 2017. Until she's added we won't know if it's CV-33 or if they're going to do something with the Hornet rename thing and CV-12.

I was trying to identify the artist as well. My closest guess was ni02_(asahi_nini) artist #105125. Though Anmi artist #46080 seems like a strong candidate too.
