Twitter users were pretty quick to identify the location as Reg-On Diner in Shibuya.

The date on the wall clock is Feb 13, 2022, so we've got a couple years to get some cosplayers together to recreate this scene.

This shouldn't be flagged for bad anatomy, lol. You can see that her pinky toe is bent forwards. The darkness at the end of the thigh-highs makes it hard to see but it's there. Look closer.
