Yeah I have no idea where the flagger is getting the idea that this has bad anatomy. Especially considering that there plenty of more egregious examples of pics with bad anatomy that were approved and still remain in the gallery.

When I do any artwork, I usually stare at it for a day or so before I post it for public view, in case there is anything that seems off or needs some tweaking. I guess this artist posted before doing that!
